1. Sai World City by Paradise
It’s project which is situated in Palaspe Phata, Panvel covering an area of 42 acres. It consists of 13 towers, each of 45 floors. Total number of units expected : 1120. It has 2, 3 and 4 BHK Cosmo-luxury homes.
Estimated price ranges from 79.7 Lac to 1.95 Crore (inclusive of registration charges) i.e.,Rs. 6900 per sq ft. The possession is expected in December 2019.

Price ranges from 43.2 Lac to 68.8 Lac (inclusive of registration charges) i.e.,Rs. 6800 per sq ft. The said possession is expected till Dec 2020

The estimated cost ranges from 1.16 Cr to 1.27 Cr (excluding maintenance charges, stamp duty, registration, etc). The possession is expected in May 2018.

5. Bhairaav Gold Crest Residency
This project is based in Ghansoli covering an area of 3.06 acres. It consists of 5 towers each of 29 floors. Total number of units expected are 390. It has 1, 2 and 3 BHK luxury homes. Estimated price ranges from 72 Lacs to 78 Lacs (Inclusive of maintenance charges) i.e., 9600.00 per sqft. The possession is expected till Dec 2018.

6. Sai Rama
